It might be possible with an extension like Stylus; I've never investigated What color did you want it to be, and what reasoning for the change? Is it an accessibility issue?

Sometimes, depending on the colour and lighting of the map, yellow is very difficult to see.

Did some poking around, but couldn't find any hooks to it. Sorry. FWIW, probably nearly any color would clash with some map. There are script that can ping-pull you to the token at the top, but those would require a Pro membership.
