Dynamic Lighting Issues

I've run into some Dynamic Lighting issues as the title says. When I try to go from GM mode to Player mode, dynamic lighting seems to be working except that much of the dungeon area is all gray-scaled out instead of complete darkness. The room my dummy account as well as the PCs are in is colored fine and lit up. I've got the Movement Box checked on so they can't go through walls Dynamic Lighting checked on Explorer Mode checked on Update when token drop checked on It's a 5x5 grid map, with each of the 25 rooms having a square wall around it to prevent light/character movement. I don't have any light torches down. My players and dummy accounts have Vision checked on Bright light box checked and set to 30ft. I don't know if it's gray because I'm the DM even though I'm in player mode, or if something is wrong with my settings. Help appreciated. Thank you
Explorer Mode checked on Are the grayed-out areas consistent with explored areas? Is this a desired effect? Try either resetting explorable darkness (if you want areas to start out dark and turn to grayscale once a token has explored that area and moved out of line of sight), or turning off explorer mode (if you want areas that are out of line-of-sight to remain black).
Thank you. That has helped the issue.
how do you fix?
