Firefox taking over 1min to load - Failure contacting character sheet service, using fallback.

I am having issues loading roll20 games in firefox. This works fine in chrome and I have tried other PC's, which also works. So this issue is only on my PC using firefox. I am at a total loss of how to fix this. Below is what I have tried so far. - Updated my OS to latest (win 10) - Cleared cookies/cache - Removed all plugins - Uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled fresh firefox - Tried incognito window. - Turned off firewall and virus scanner - Made a brand new game with no content - Changed character sheet Via the Firefox console when it eventually loads I get the error: Failure contacting character sheet service, using fallback. When it times out the page loads and everything works. Below is a screen shot of the error in my console. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. I am using chrome for now, but I really want to use firefox.

Best thing to do is to capture the Console Log ( Chrome ,  Firefox ) and use it to file a  Help Center Request .

I tried to submit a ticket using the Tech Assistance - Bug Reports. I filled in all the fields and added a text attachment for the log. It won't send. Just stays on that page and then highlights the first field, which is the drop down "Tech Assistance - Bug Reports" option. Thanks for the suggestion but seems the bug report doesn't work for me. Note I am doing this in chrome which I have no problems with as far as roll20 goes.

I'll see if I can't get this information to the devs through my own report. At the very least, the XP team should be made aware that there is difficult in filing a report.

Which version of Firefox are you using? I don't see problems with Firefox on 2 different machines (posting from one running windows 10) so far, but I might be on a different version than you are.

I literally installed the latest version. But as I said above in my original post, its only happening on my PC. If I use firefox on another machine it works fine. I can't replicate the issue elsewhere which is why I am stumped. I don't know why its only happening on my PC. Tested it on my gf's pc and works fine, tested it on my linux box and firefox works fine. Its just this PC...just thought someone smarter than me might have an idea on how to fix this, or what else I can try. Just ran out of ideas.

There are some known issues that may be presenting in this way on Firefox in particular. Hi, After posting pictures I realised what i did wrong...lol. I posted the wrong link for the details page. I had it launched and used that link. I only saw the "invalid link" text after I made a screen shot and zoomed right in...my bad. I have now submitted the form, request [#92704] (I attached the console log to that form also). It happens in all my games, including other people's games. I made a fresh test game with nothing in it as a test and it happens there too. Autofill is disabled and have no plugins/extensions enabled. Its a fresh firefox install and i haven't added anything. Also i do not have grammarly.

One thing you might try is to track down and delete user settings for firefox.  I know where they are on linux, but not on windows.  When you remove/install a piece of software, those user config files usually aren't included in that change over, so it might be worth tracking those down, deleting them, and forcing a new default config to be generated.

Thats a great idea and I keep forgetting to try it. I will give that a go. I did reset everything to defaults, but maybe there is more I can remove, or maybe a cleaner...or just a folder.
