Chat bugs out after making a roll

When I make a roll from handout or with /r command chat bugs out. When loading into game chat looks like this: And after making a roll it looks like this: I'm unable to prep or play until I can get this fixes :( Does anybody have an idea, how I can fix this? I can provide further information if needed.

It would be handy to see the exact code you are posting that triggers the change, but this looks like whatever you are sending is corrupting the Chat Archive. A game's Creator is often able to fix issues with their Text Chat by  clearing the Chat Archive  (note: not  clearing your current Chat Log ). A GM might want to copy/back up the Chat Archive before the Creator clears it.
The chat bugs out using simple /gr d20 rolls for example. I'll make a backup copy of the game and try deleting the chat log and hope that fixes it. So far I have tried to use a different browser but with the same result. I have no idea, if it could be caused by an API I'm running but another game I have with the exact same APIs doesn't have any issues, so idk.
So the chat in the copy of my game looks like this: The messages look the same in the chat archive of my copy. Both the chat in copy of my game and the original game will not display anything I type in and bug out once I hit the enter key. Even if its just a message.
Clearing chat archive of the original game seems to have worked so far. If you have an idea, what might have caused the bug, I'd still like to know, and if not that's okay also. Thanks for the help!

It could have been anything, but it's usually a malformed roll command. I remember someone posting one that would consistently corrupt the log, but since it's not something I would want to do, I never memorized it. Post again if it recurs, but it sounds like you are good to go.
