Remove the new, small "New Page" button

This isn't an issue of fatfingering either, as the two elements are way too close, again creating an overlap between both settings.

If I could I would give one more upvote cause that is all that is missing for Roll20 to at least have a look at it and not close it per default after 30 days...

Yes&nbsp; in practice this little green (+) button is frequently mis-clicked by accident, and has not been very useful. More of a nuisance. Please remove this way of making a New Page as it's already easy to make a new page without this GUI trip-hazard getting in the way causing accidental clicks making unwanted blank pages.
I understand the motivation behind this feature, but the way it has been employed makes it FAR too easy to click by accident. There's enough clicking and dragging that needs to happen on the Pages menu already that such a feature is profoundly unwelcome in my opinion.
