(5e) DM of 5 years wants to be a player!

Hey Everyone! My name is Mathew, and I am currently looking for a D&D group to be a player. I have been a DM for over 5 years now, and during my D&D career, I have been a player twice. I would love to step away from the writing table and drawing bored for a bit, and have some fun exploring a new story as a player! I do only play 5e, but I am willing to learn any other system if needed. Hi Matt. I just began a series on Sundays, at 2:30 PM Pacific time (5:30 for you?) It is text-only so if that is not your thing, no worries. If the time and the typing are not issues, message me and I will fill you in. We have 4 players and I'm looking for a 5th (We had 6, but two of them were trying out text-based and decided it wasn't for them.) We're two sessions in, and one of those had a fun sidetrack so we're not far along at all.
