Gear Icon effects the wrong item

I was in the middle of making an NPC and suddenly the Gear Icon no longer works as expected I wanted to close this box so I click the gear icon and this is what happens: Clicking it again will close the other text box, not the 'chime of resting' one. Clicking on the gear icon for the empty text box opens another, entirely separate item in the list of legendary actions. Is there any solution to this? I've tried refreshing the page, leaving roll20 and re-entering and popping the npc window out and nothing has seemed to help.

From my (brief) testing it looks like a bug may be occurring when you create an entry without a name were somehow able to close it. It is not supposed to be able to be closed without a name.  Thus, when you edited the previous entry the entry without the name opened (since it is not supposed to be closed).  I would file a bug report here with this information. In the meantime, if you name the unnamed entry it should resolve the problem.

My own fix (after trying the suggestion by Gauss) Leave the name, make two new entries, one named test with the stuff i'm drawing the abilities from and the other just a copy of the 'chime of resting' then i deleted the two old entries. Thanks for the help!  I did get that bug report in, hopefully this won't be a problem for anyone else.
