Roll20 Notifications repeating twice

This has always been an issue in my experience on the site. I know this user outside of the website and he only posted a single application

Confirmed, I have seen the same behavior. 

Notifications consolidation is something that truly needs an overhaul on Roll20, and that has been known since the original Lead Developer of Roll20 posted a Suggestion saying it was on the roadmap, many many years ago. This is an area of the site where a true usibility improvement could be made. It wouldn't be just fresh paint, it would be something that would actually actively daily help users connect to their Games on Roll20.
