So, my thread from seven years ago just got closed as complete, but the feature that was implemented is not at all what I was asking for. The feature is only show name and bars on hover - what I wanted was "bring name and bars to the top on hover, and also display them on top of fog of war and lighting blocks". The feature as built is useless for me because I don't want to hide all the bars all the time, so I'm starting a new thread to, once again, ask for the feature that I wanted in 2015 and still don't have.
