BUG // Video and Voice Issue while playing more than 4 players in roll 20.

My group has an issue in roll20 with the video and voice chat. Randomly, 2 or more people cant see or hear others at the room, it has no relation to internet connection and restart doesn't fix the problem. Usually it is the 2 last people to enter the room. It works fine when we are 4 or less people but doesn't work when we try to connect with more people. Is there any way you know that could fix it? Do you think that the Winter Voice and Video update will fix that issue? Thank You :)
jah bless all, i a, one of Drezs players and i agree and strengthen the issue. Indeed it mostly happens to the last 2 players and we have to use other program so we could play and talk+see each other. hopeful you can do something to fix it. thank you in advance, Tal rasta syrkin
The video and voice chat function has been problematic for a long time. I believe it's a bandwidth issue; the more people that connect, the more bandwidth is used (512kbps per person) . It looks like they're working on the video, but without the audio that's not worth much IMO. The people that I play with use Discord for voice/camera, running that and Roll20 simultaneously during play; having two monitors or a large screen helps.
I want to join the ask for better video and sound platform. We have been playing for many years now and it is still a hustle to use out side software in order to enjoy Roll20. DnD shouldnt be limited to number of ppl and i hope Roll20 will support that! Thank you
@roll20?
Drez w., I don't use the @Roll20 server; not really sure how that even can be used.  I created a server on my own Discord account.
the audio/video is why i dont use roll 20 as i would like to.  this is a serious issue that needs to be addressed.  as there is always someone who you have to walk through the tech side of things. being able to skip discord would be great
