Macros only showing as bars, none of my rolls showing up for me but other players see.

Here's how it normally works (image link) Here's what it's currently showing (image link) I got on R20 today to prepare for a campaign but my page always bugs out whenever I try to do anything. I've tried this on four browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Edge. Cleared cache and cookies. I've cleared the chat but that doesn't help either. Nothing has worked. No further rolls are showing up from myself or from another player. My friend said she can see my rolls. Dark mode doesn't make it work, either. Done some tests. This campaign is set up for PF 1e (don't know if that matters). I've tried it in an entirely different game that's 5e and it works normally. Tried it in another PF 1e game and it also works. It's just not working in this particular game room. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏

Just checking, when you cleared the chat did you   clear your current Chat Log , or   clear the Chat Archive ? They are different, and only the latter will fix problems like you describe.  As always, a GM might want to copy/back up the Chat Archive before the Creator clears it.

Howdy, I'm just a player so I only cleared the main chat but not the archive. My DM ended up creating a copy of the room and cleared the entire chat archive there and it worked. 

Excellent. Yeah, clearing the log just wipes what you see. Clearing the archive actually nukes the whole thing and deletes the malformed data that was causing the error.
