GROUP INIT MACRO NEEDED

Hi all, I'm looking for a sort of group-initiative macro formula so I can roll larger groups of baddies in one fell swoop, rather than have to click initiative for each and every one.  The one I have now won't take enemy dex scores into account. Thanks all!
