Art Library use by players for things like Spell Templates

I would like to make a suggestion that players would be able to use their Art Library or that a GM could give a player rights to use their own Art Library. In particular for Spell Templates. I know there is an option to make a character sheet with a spell template, but this makes the list where the character sheets are to filled with sheets. For example spellcasters that need numerous spell templates and when you have 2 or 3 spell casters in your party this makes it very overwhelming. It would save me as a DM time that I could spend on other stuff like reading ahead for the encounter or focusing on my own NPC's spell lists. It feels like Spell Template usage should be done by the players themselves, of course with the DM also being able to edit the posted spell templates on the map. It would save the DM a lot of clicking between tabs that could be spend better. Other than that, it gives other players beside the DM an incentive to buy from the marketplace which means revenue I guess. An other option would be to let the DM decide which section of the DM's art library could be used by players to post on maps. For example to checkmark a section of the art library as 'show in players art library for usage'.

Just a note, I use characters for this purpose. My templates are all in character form, players can drag them onto the table from the Journal.

Organizing the journal into folders can help to keep the clutter of handouts and character sheets manageable. I set each spell character sheet visibility so that they are visible to only the players that need them. Players who's characters don't have access to any spells won't even see "Spell Effects" folder under the journal tab.
Yes, I made 15-20 spell templates via making character sheets yesterday. Could be me, but it looks like the players always have to re-adjust the size if it should be bigger than 1x1 while the spell templates from the market auto size if i'm correct. If there is an option to make the tokens/spell templates from the character sheet auto size would love to know that. Thanks for replying and trying to help. Much appreciated. I think a 'character sheet' wasn't intended to be used as a spell template. I get it that you can make it workable like this, just would be easier and better if players could use the marketplace templates I guess.

When I created the spell characters sheets, I would pull the token onto the map, leave them as tokens and not as drawings, adjust the size, then update the default token. That way the token comes out the correct size each time. I also save space in the journal by using multi-sided tokens for the various cones to show fire, cold, and acid. Lots of work up front, but worth it in the end. I got lazy with the 10' and 20' radius AOE entries; I'll eventually get around to making them multi-sided as well.
Yeah, resizing worked. Thanks

I would like to see each spell have a template that matches its aoe size as well as being able to attach art to each spell that is also attached on cast.
