Token Problems / general roll20 problems.

I've noticed more problems recently. I can't seem to get multiple character tokens to attach to the character sheet. I've used this site for over two years and have never had problems before. Additionally i recall shift+clicking could open the character sheet from the token. I've had multiple instances where the exact same token will properly open the character sheet and at other times won't open the character sheet. Charactermancer wouldn't level up my character earlier but would work on another character sheet. Ive refreshed multiple times and waited absurd amounts of time to let the page finish loading. The speed of roll20 also seems to be in a decline. Opening a character sheet in a game with no dynamic lighting and a standard 25x25 with only 5 visual elements shouldn't take five seconds to open. I have a gaming desktop with hard line Ethernet, 500 gb/s speeds or better. I have noticed some changes and improvements but the pre-existing features need to remain functional. Windows are less important than easy access / easy open character sheets and fast PC/NPC actions.

Are you using Chrome? There’s a thread on Chrome flogging the CPU & GPU on some games. Try Firefox if so.

Hi Sasha! Several users have reported a higher than normal CPU usage of late, but it does not appear to be universal, or conclusively tied to any specific update of Chrome or Roll20. Roll20 made this announcement and directs attention here: Drespar said: Hi folks! to keep things tidy I'd like to direct everyone to engage over in this thread here: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/11216045/high-processor-usage-chrome/?pageforid=11225993#post-11225993 Further, if you are still experiencing CPU or GPU load issues, please take some time to fill out our webform. It will help us narrow down possible causes. https://forms.gle/H4WWn6Nd9rqTexX69
@Andrew R. I have mostly been using Firefox and the issue is persisting (on laptop). My desktop is much more poweful so Chrome isn't really an issue but it's present on both.
