I cannot believe this is STILL a thing! It came up with the revamp of the settings menu: Miscellaneous Group has NO ITEMS in it when only Player in a campaign! Settings - e.g. which Tab to be No. 1 for campaigns, Darkmode toggle etc. - could EASILY be placed in here. And THEN this would make sense!
