Can't upgrade my account

I recently tried to update content on my game after a few weeks off, and found that the card had lapsed. For some reason the alerts being sent to my email weren't appearing in either spam or inbox. I apparently missed 4 billing attempts while away. I logged in and tried to resubscribe, and when I went to bill an annual (don't feel like running into this issue again for at least a year), I got "There was a problem creating your subscription. Your card has not been charged. Please try again or contact us via the Help Center." Nothing wrong on the bank's end, and I just want to get this taken care of so I can get prep done.

The forums are primarily for users helping users, I suggest heading to the Help Center and filing a report there.
I did. No response yet. Was seeing if anyone knew the cause, or a fix.

How long ago did you file a report in the Help Center?
Shortly before I posted. They've since billed me, but my account is still listed as a free type, so...no idea what's going on.
Okay, so it looks like it's given me a subscription credit or something, but when I try to pay for the subscription, it looks to error out at submit payment (via roll20 credit). Seems to be a roll20 problem.
So it lists my subscription credit as $0 on my account page, but shows money on it when I go to the subscribe page.

Has Roll20 gotten in touch with you via your email? (Make sure you check your spam)
I've gotten 1 email from them, where they said it was my bank. Called my bank, wasn't them...I mean obviously. I've been billed after all. But yeah, not since.
Anyone else who's dealt with Roll20's team, know how long it normally takes to resolve billing/subscription problems? On day 3 here.
