Unable to all see and hear each other

For three weeks running now, my five person group have had problems being able to see and hear each other at the start of the game. We found last week that everyone swapping from Chrome to Firefox helped but this week we still had one player who we couldn't all see, no matter how many times we refreshed. We've been using Roll20 steadily for two years with only minor hiccups but have had to resort to FB video call to be able to see and hear each other.

Hi Skate! Which Chat Tech are you using? If you have not already done so, I would strongly advocate for switching to the Integrated Voice and Video over the old WebRTC. It is far more stable.
My group is having the same issue. I don't know what browsers everyone is using, but I still can't get the newer Integrated Voice and Video to even recognize my mic. We've had to use Discord for voice chat, since we really don't use the video feature.
See this thread as it covers the same Problem:&nbsp;<a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/11345279/cant-see-cameras" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/11345279/cant-see-cameras</a>

Discord for community text chat between sessions and voice is the standard go-to on Roll20.
