Game stuck on 'patching' for several days

Our game is stuck on "Patching" status and no participants in the game can enter it because the Launch game button is disabled with button text replaced with "Patching". Roughly every hour the update status will show that our game has re-entered the patching waiting line, but then after the count gets to zero it just stalls out. The game has been patching since the afternoon of Thursday the 16th. Here's a link to the campaign that is affected: https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/13254430/tyranny-of-dragons-problems-to-solve We've also submitted a bug report to Roll20 support #117401 but haven't heard anything back yet. Thanks for looking into this. Browser console keeps showing the following: Check Queue Status fs.js:4 Rollback Status: {status: 'WAIT', line: 0, msg: ''} fs.js:4 Check Queue Status fs.js:4 Rollback Status: {status: 'WAIT', line: 0, msg: ''} fs.js:4 Check Queue Status fs.js:4 Rollback Status: {status: 'WAIT', line: 0, msg: ''} fs.js:4 Check Queue Status fs.js:4 Rollback Status: {status: 'WAIT', line: 0, msg: ''} fs.js:4 Check Queue Status fs.js:4 Rollback Status: {status: 'WAIT', line: 0, msg: ''} fs.js:4 Check Queue Status Screen Recording GIF of Issue in Console Screenshot of issue:

Hi Katie, thanks so much for your assistance here! Copying the game to a new one has worked and we can get back in! Our game night is a go for this week, yay!
