What is the maximum file size for subcription users?

Hi im trying to upload a big map into a game and i think the file size is too big. What is the maximum size for an image?

Hi DungeonMtr! You might just be seeing a placeholder, based on you current level of zoom and if the graphic has completely finished loading on the page (as opposed to uploading into your library). Try zooming all the way out for a few seconds and then zooming back in. That can sometimes force a load of other sizes.&nbsp; Roll20 converts all uploaded graphics into four different sizes, for efficient loading at different levels of zoom (sort of similar to how Google Maps works). Alternatively, holding shift down while loading the game can force a re-load of cached images. There are some drawbacks to running in a browser, and sometimes dealing with cached data is one of them.
