[LFG][5e][UK] Semi-new player looking for a friendly group

Hi All, I'm Chow, I'm in my mid 20s and looking for a friendly group of people to play DnD with! I'm fairly new with only a few one-shots under my belt but I'd love to play in a longer campaign. I'm fairly familiar with most of the base DnD rule set so you'll only have to explain any homebrew rules.  Currently enjoying playing fighter, cleric or barbarian but happy to take on whatever class, race and persona is needed for your campaign. I tend to go pretty hard with the RP as it's one of my favourite aspects of DnD. I'd be happy to meet you in Discord and have a chat to see if I will fit in with your group or not. I am able to play UK times (GMT+1) on Tuesdays to Saturdays. Thanks for reading my ramblings, I look forward to playing with you in the future :)

Well our group generally goes into a lot fo different genres Right now I am trying to put together a game set in the Megaman X universe If you don't know what that is.... Essentially artificial beings very similar to humans but machines called Reploids are the main focus and you would be playing one of them  So instead of 'magic' you would have 'tech' or gear that serve a similar function where magic would in another type of setting I am wanting this game to be less 'you have to save the world guys'  and more of  a emergent story telling in a different type of world
