Can't Ping in one my game but can on the others

I can no longer ping in all  the maps  in one of the games I'm DMing. However, I can still ping the map in my other other games. I made copy of the game and the same problem appear on the copies. The only thing I can think of is that all the API scripts I was running somehow interfered. However, I disabled all the scripts, and I'm still encountering the problem.  The API I have used are all offcial APIs. This a long running game and it is really a problem. Any ideas on what might be happening and how I can fix it? I need help please

I know that during some sessions, the ping can be very slow; I sometimes need to hold the mouse button down for 2 or 3 seconds before the ping happens. The size or complexity of the map doesn't seem to matter; it even happens on small maps with no dynamic lighting, like static cut scenes or the landing page. There is no consistency as for when this happens; one session it happens on all my maps, the next only on some, and on another night it won't happen at all.

Just a quick verification. You are definitely on the token layer in pages where the ping is not working? Mod scripts can't touch that behavior, BTW. They can create a ping event, but they can't intercept the user click that creates one. So feel free to restore your scripts. :)

One more possibility. It's highly unlikely, but it would interfere with seeing a ping. If the user's user color were set to "transparent" the ping animation would be invisible.

Yes on the  Token layers working in all games except one so that should be the ping color. Very usefull Thanks ! do you know where i can find the how to sett the ping to a color?

The ping color is the same as the color next to your name at the bottom of the screen.  To change that color click on the color next to your name.
