Animations not looping

Has anyone else had this occur? Ever since opting in to the new UI, animations run one time and stop - even when set to loop. Example here I also submitted a bug report.

It is a known bug and devs are aware of it. There are at least 2 if not 3 other threads covering that exact same bug... Though it seems that COPY / PASTE seems to fix it for whatever reason.
