I know I'm missing something, but....

I know I've got to be missing something, but I'm trying to set up a Blades in the Dark game, and that means there are 'character sheets' for the organization the players are playing (to oversimplify) as well as potential NPCs.  I don't see where in the menus I generate those sheets, other than joining my own game as a player and generating them that way, which I KNOW isn't what every GM is doing.  Which menu am I not checking, or what option's name am I mis-understanding?

Hi [Deleted],  To create the organization sheet please do the following:  1) Create and enter the game 2) Click on the Journal tab 3) Click the +Character button 4) Click Save (you can rename it etc. later via the Edit button) 5) Top right corner of the character sheet is the "Character Mode" button. Press it to cycle through the various types of Character Sheets such as Character, Crew, and Faction.  If that is not what you are looking for could you provide more information?
