Charactermancer Having Issues

Hello! I am attempting to set up character sheets for a game I am running for my players before our next session to make things easier on myself. However I have started running into some issues trying to make a custom class. I believe that may have something to do with it only because I have made four other character sheets today with not custom characters and I have had no issues. I honestly have no clue though what is going on.  Charactermancer isn't allowing me to scroll down the page sometimes and also making me go back and re-enter information over and over and never actually saving it onto the character sheet that pops up. Like to scroll it is stuck in one spot on the page and I have to scroll up and down and click around for it to be responsive. And as far as the information not saving, I enter it in and then finish it up but when it goes back to the actual character sheet a bunch of stuff is missing.  I also try to level the character up by pressing the little icon next to the class and level, but it just opens the Charactermancer up again for me and I restart the process of not being able to scroll and stuff not transferring properly.  So I guess I am asking if this is happening to anyone else or if this is a known issue or anything, and is there a fix? I have refreshed the page and closed out the browser and everything. I am not the best with these things.  Anything helps! Thanks in advanced!

If you don't know the name a screenshot would help identify it.  Have you tried using Incognito (Chrome) or Private (Firefox) browser mode? That can sometimes resolve issues.  With that said, the charactermancer occasionally has issues. You should always be prepared to do things manually if it fails you. If you need help on how to do things manually let me know.  Finally, once the bug is identified the best method to report charactermancer bugs, is via the Help Center as the bug report forum is primarily for users helping users.
Thanks! I will give those suggestions a try when I get back to working on them. I am using the D&D5E character sheets, too.  And if it continues I will put in the help center report, as you suggested also. Fingers crossed it's just a connection/browser thing and it figures itself out by then.
