Character Sheets Keep Loading

Hello, I've got an issue where after a couple of hours, I'll try to open a character sheet in the Journal, but it just keeps loading.  Everything else continues to work fine but I cannot open any other character sheets. Oddly enough I can 'Edit' them but I just can't see it. Any ideas to fix this?

Same here. It's been happening on and off for some time and is getting really annoying.

I haven't had a chance to really put it's through its paces since the last game I ran but it was doing this as recent as Monday.

I've had this happen as well, also after a couple of hours of play or even when it's just me spending a long time building encounters between game sessions. Other oddities appear as well, such as the cursor not resetting to a "select" arrow after resizing a token or other graphic element. Most of this started after the introduction of the "lazy loading" feature. Exiting the game, clearing cache and re-entering usually fixes it so I blame my browser and/or Windows not handling the cache efficiently. If "lazy loading" is the cause, IMO the benefits outweigh the gains.

Hello! Bryan G., which sheet is giving you issues? Also, if you and Rick A. could send in Help Requests , we can take a look to see if we can figure out what's going with your games. These don't sound like typical issues. Thanks!

Hi Bianca, As I said, the glitches that I'm experiencing are easy to solve and only appear after a long session. I see them mostly when working in my library game, which has a lot of maps, handouts and NPC character sheets. The slow loading character sheets ( D&D 5E by Roll20 ) also tend to happen at certain times of the day, usually late afternoon Eastern Time; thankfully, we don't play during those hours so it doesn't affect my players. I'm using the Scion Character Sheet, however, I'm not sure the page itself is the problem because the "Bio & Info" page does not open up either.  I can edit it, but the page itself does not load when the character is clicked on.
