LFG for Legends of a Lost Worlds

We’re looking for a player for a heavily homebrewed steampunk game. The game is set in a world without natural magic, on the brink of a world war, or atleast the known world. Weapons have progressed to early 20th century technology, with flying zeppelins armed with machine cannons and mortars, tanks and siege engines designed like insects. Two sides broiled in a 150 year stalemate are ready to send millions to their death to find out which one once and for all is better, technology or alchemy(this world's term for magic.) Setting: The game features resemblance to 20th century Europe with an island nation much like Great Britain, and a massive continental empire structured like the Holy Roman Empire. To add to the fun a third nation caught in the mix, a resemblance  to early industrial Japan is also present. These three nations form the backbone of the political sphere. The known world is surrounded by a barrier of wild-magic that makes anything inside the barrier that is organic incapable of casting magic, but stones found in the ground called manastone, offer a solution to that issue. The Barrier appeared 3,000 years prior during a time simply known as the cataclysm. The Union of Britannia, a technology haven ruled by a tyrant regent who is trying to usurp power from her son; but the main fighter against the empire being free for nearly 2,000 years after the cataclysm. The Empire of Hazamel, named after the leader; Holy God Emperor Hazamel; a backwards but massive country trying to piece together what happened to it 3,000 years ago during an event only described as the cataclysm. The Shogunate, a semi-feudal, semi-industrial analog of Japan, where samurai are still present but are fading;the country is torn between ancient tradition or mass industrialization. Both sides' technology and alchemy rely on them, the resource is dwindling, which will run out first and who will be the last one standing? Warning : This game features several changes to classes and subclasses, the changes do not allow for multi-classing but do allow for multi-subclassing; where you select multiple subclass features within a level restriction at regular intervals rather than having a single subclass. Some Classes and Some Races are restricted, the restricted Classes are druid ,barbarian, and monk. The selectable races are more determined on where the player chooses to be from. We are currently looking for a Healer from the Empire. Warning 2: This game features firearms and mostly ranged combat. Magic is also different, Some classes do not have a replenishable amount of spells but must make their own, spells are carved into runes. Any class can cast a rune but only a few can make them, Classes such as bards, rangers, and warlocks must replenish their spells from runes. Warning 3: This game features active NPC’s that are not static entities. They have their own personality and own agendas, if they’re treated poorly they will let the party know, combat is not the only option. DIplomacy is heavily weighted at this table and is the goto for the party currently, if you prefer constant combat then I am sorry to say we do not always have combat if this is a deal breaker we understand Warning 4: This game features content from other IP’s but is intended as an homage to them rather than a theft of it. The items or People that you may recognize have been taken and are not the same as the IP that they may have come from, i.e. they will not behave the way they did before or the way one might have experienced before. They are their own independent entities, if this is a deal breaker we understand Disclaimer: This game is heavily roleplay based and we tend to get into character quite frequently but we all enjoy some lighthearted fun and some jokes here and there. Our group is close knit but we enjoy meeting others, however there are a few player types we discourage, they are: Murderhobos, Plot-Ruiners, One-Person Armies, and Table Dictators.  Disclaimer 2: This game has a guide to it which will be heavily used, the game will be very restrictive to its own lore, if you are upset by that, I’d ask you to find a different game. The stringent following of lore is appreciated, this game has been 4 years in the making.  If you enjoy lore and exploring worlds this might be a good fit for you. If you are interested please leave us your discord tag as we use it for communication. We use Roll20 for the game. If you’ve made it to this point please answer this simple math problem to let us know you’ve read all the material: 3+1=?
Hi. This setting seems really awesome and if you're still looking for a healer, I would be happy to take on that role. My discord is ExcitingAccountant. 3+1=4. Glory to Hazamel!
