sad...i had to fire up ms edge just to get the second scroll bar to appear. Serious bug that needs tending to.

Hi Kefrem,  Could you try to use a Privacy window and retest?  My guess is you have an extension that is interfering with the scrolling function. One of my extensions does that on some websites and I have to disable it for those websites.
