D&D 5e NPC Spell Attack Option

Currently there is no feature to let a game master specify that a NPC's attacks are spell attacks instead of the default weapon attacks. An example creature where it should day spell attack is the Deathlock Mastermind's Grave Bolt attack from Mordekainen Monsters of the Multiverse.

Hi herrkrabbe,  You can edit the sheet and enable the spell sections. If you click the spell it will correctly roll the attack.

I think I see what you're asking - and please correct me if I'm wrong: The printed manual reads "Ranged Spell Attack"  for that attack while the NPC character sheet in the compendium reads "Ranged Weapon Attack" . As far as I know there is no way to edit that. Since this is a compendium issue I suggest that you submit a bug report  and request that this ability be added.
