Visually impaired here. If we could get the default text size increased by 1 or 2 points it would rock. As it is, I have to change everything to H3 and ad new formatting on everything. This was okay when I didn't do as much, but I have a lot more active stuff now.

Hello, does it work if you press Command+ on your keyboard and simply increase the size of everything on the webpage?
