One of my players cannot connect to Roll20 today. Here is the page: What should she do? She tried clearing the cache and the cookies, but nothing worked.
Same for one of my players... !

Have they tried a private browsing (incognito) window to rule out most extension conflicts? Are they using a VPN?
Unfortunately this is something that we don't have much control over, it's DDoS protection provided by Cloudflare (which a lot of websites use). Likely there is a VPN or some type of misbehaving proxy/virus scanner on their computer that is interfering here.
A player in my game ran into this tonight with the Brave web browser. Switching to Firefox solved it for him.

Likely there is a VPN or some type of misbehaving proxy/virus scanner on their computer that is interfering here. So, what should she do, when this happens? Roll20 seems to be the first and only site that has that issue for my player. Maybe no other sites she visits is protected by Cloudflare. She tried to clear the cache, the cookies, to restart her router, and to share her connection with her phone. She tried Firefox and Chrome. She doesn't use any VPN. I'll ask her about virus scanners. But because of that, we couldn't play yesterday.
Hmmm that's really weird. What happens if they try to go to https://challenges.cloudflare.com/ directly?
I can confirm that our yesterday's experience with Roll20 was really frustrating. One player in our group was not able to connect due to here mentioned issue and rest of us had so high GPU usage because of Roll20 that it was practically implayable. It never happend to us before. Even player with a dedicated Nvidia graphics was at 60% of GPU usage, the others with integrated Intel chips were permamently over 95% and UI was not responding. We tried to switch from new UI back to the old one but it didn't help at all. HW acceration was on. Tried on multiple browsers.
