If you click on "View Forum" all you get is a "Gateway Timeout" error. Threads visible on the Forums Mainpage are still accessible!

There is a bug with the Suggestion Forum where if you filter the results of the forum it can break it. As you discovered, clearing cookies/cache is the only way to remedy it.
