Black Friday subs not for members?

i wanted to renew my sub with the Black Friday special for 89.99$ a year. I am currently subbed as a pro member. When i try the yearly sub option the price changes to 99.99$ a year. What a bummer. Either it is a bug or false advertising in your newsletter.

I got an email with it as well and would love to renew early to get the savings. Bummer.

I am giving this a try, I have submitted a ticket and will let you know if this worked. (UPDATE - after I freaked out a bit when I saw a new message saying: "you have used all your storage space!" . I noticed they cancelled my current subscription, credited me the remaining time on renewal, then I could choose the Black Friday price for a new subscription.)

Edit: I used the link and asked for the Black Friday pricing. I received a reply less than an hour later: they cancelled my current subscription, credited me with the value of my remaining time, then allowed me to use that credit on top of the Black Friday price for a new subscription. All good :)
