Wild shape not working fo player

I am not sure what is happening here as I have used !ws before and it's worked great. Recently been creating wild shapes for a new player and, although everything seems to work fine for me (GM), when the player types !ws in the chat window, nothing (as in the wild shape control UI) appears. I didn't think that it was dependant upon the players level of subscription (I have pro, they have free) has that changed or could it be something else?

Make sure the sandbox hasn't crashed.  Are you using the APIHeartBeat script?

Thanks for responding, Gauss. I'm not using an API called heartbeat, if that's what you mean. The sandbox seemed to be OK, but I did restart it a couple of times, just for good measure. The weird thing is that the wildshape API works perfectly well on my account (pro subscription), and I have tried checking it's working on my wife's account (which is the free subscription) and it works as expected there. Just not on this other players account which is the free subscription.

Just a thought: instead of having them type !ws in chat, create a macro for them, either as a token macro or in the macro bar.

I would go token macro - just to ensure they are selecting their token - in case they are not. I don't know if it is necessary with Wildshape as I don't know the script, but I suspect selecting their token is, when running the command.
