Dragging my character's token onto a map makes it tiny!

Hi there. I have used a number of tokens I have created myself and taken from my library (e.g. Strahd or Dragonlnce sets) for my character, but when I drag my character onto the map from the journal they are always tiny (maybe 15% on a side compared to a grid square and the other player character tokens in the game). As I am a player I don't have access to tools to resize, or set the page scale, or anything else, and I was wondering: A) How do I fix it, or what do I tell the DM on this game to do to fix it? B) How did this happen in the first place, as I set no parameters and use standard sized tokens, including ones that I've tried that came with purchased content? Thank you for your help!

You'll likely need to contact your DM to get it fixed.  Probably the default token for your character is sized small for some reason.  Your DM will resize the token and then set it as the default for your character again, which should fix it for future drag out operations. If your DM is a pro subscriber and has TokenMod installed, you could fix it by selecting your token and running: !token-mod --set scale|1u defaulttoken YMMV. =D

The most probable reason for a tiny token is that when your DM set up the token they did it on a map where the grid was sized small (such as 0.5).  Have your DM take the token to a map where the grid is at size 1, and size it there, then update it to the character sheet.
Thank you. That all makes sense and my DM has fixed things.
