Migrating characters in bulk

I have a game I haven't run for a couple of years. I have set up to restart with the same player, but updates have broken it - we each see our own avatar, not the other's, can type in chat, voice won't work.  I guess I have to recreate it. This will be much work However, the import process to the character vault is enormously slow and I have over a hundred characters - all the monsters set up and statted.  How do I bulk migrate characters from one game to another please?

Since you have a Pro account, you can use Transmogrifier to copy characters, NPCs, handouts and macros between games. Unfortunately, transmogrifier does not yet enable you to copy any folder structure that you may have. You can find transmogrifier under the settings tab (gear icon) in the "Miscellaneous" category at the bottom. Also, in your original game, have you checked the changes in the voice and video options under the settings tab? Roll20 has changed their A/V and chat tech over the last year.
Thanks! I'm getting my player's login and will run them side by side and check for anything I can find, but I'm not hopeful. Transmoggy sounds like the miracle I was hoping for - filing into folders I can definitely manage!

Thank you, thank you, thank you. All hauled across, player can see it all, saved me from days and days of work. Never has Pro membership earned its' pennies more!
Glad to have helped :)
