Orange text Box Hidden by Bar Buttons

Can anyone explain what the text is in this Orange Box that has been appearing under the Bar Button so I don't have to turn off all of the buttons to read it? If it is important information, can it be displayed somewhere else so it can be read?

Hi Stik,  Could you clarify where you are seeing this? Do you mean "Macro Bar" when you say bar?  Can you make out what it is saying? If not, could you turn off the bar so you can see what the Bar says?  You can turn off the bar by going to the Collection Tab in the top right corner of the VTT and remove the checkmark on "Show macro quick bar?"
