Looking for a friend/DM

Myself and 3 other friends are looking for a friend and DM to game with once a week (negotiable).  We dont want a pay to play scenario, we want a family/friends scenario.  We are looking for that friend that you play with for years.  That we will have the workers at the senior home trying to help us set up on the latest technology to meet up with each other YEARS from now.  Some of us are close but not yet ready to DM, however we do NOT have a problem investing in a DM (buying books etc) as long as we know they are going to stick around.  We are really just looking for our homegroup...our team.  Two of us have experience all four of us are motivated.  We are all late 30's early 40's, we aren't concerned about age as much as personality.  We are just good decent regular people, we all have families, we are all extremely loyal and no doubt our DM will become a lifetime friend.

You have my interest. I would love to have a group like this. It sounds like we may have things in common as well but I'm about a decade ahead in life.
