Small Names Only

In the settings menu in the game, under the Video Display tab, under the Audio & Video tab. It would be nice if we had an option for player video/avatar size that made the size a mix between names only and the small size for people who play on laptops with small screens.

Given the vast range in screen sizes and resolutions in use today, I think an even better idea would be to simply make it scalable. Allow the user to enter a number for how wide or tall they want the avatar size to be in pixels, and scale accordingly.  Having 3 fixed sizes just doesn't cover the gamut of ranges adequately.
