Player Not Showing in Drop-Down Menus

I have a new Player who has joined my game but he doesn't show up in any of the drop-down menus. The Player is shown to be in the game on the Campaign Details page, but when I enter the game and try to set him up for Global Macros and a Character Sheet on the Journal tab he doesn't appear in the drop-down menu. Hi Drohem. It just means he has not entered your game board itself. While he has accepted the invite link, he has to launch the game and enter the game to be fully registered. Get in contact with him and ask him to drop into the board when it is easy for him and he will show up the next time you check (after he entered once).
