Alt Up/Down Arrow has stopped working when using Advanced Keyboard Shortcuts

Alt Up/Down Arrow used to move the selected token Up/Down by 3px.  I just noticed it has stopped working. I have Advanced Keyboard Shortcuts enabled and Alt Right/Left continues to function normally. This is a very useful capability for aligning map grids when the maps aren't a multiple of 70. If I disable Advanced Keyboard Shortcuts,  Alt Up/Down arrow functions as expected. I am using the latest version of Chrome on an HP Chromebook.

Check that you don't have  Navigate pages with a text cursor enabled in Settings >  Accessibility
