“A Holy War Begins – The Kingdom of Killeagh and her allies
are under threat of war from the myriad city states of the Anthirion Coast.
United under the shadow of a new Dark God, the Anthirions will soon fly their banners
from the castle walls of Killeagh unless Champions of the Everlight can stand
against the tide of darkness overflowing the land.”
I’ll not mince words here, dear reader; this campaign will
be a fairly straight forward Good vs Evil story that won’t be breaking any new
ground in the realm of storytelling. The players will be tasked with killing a
great deal of evil soldiers and horrible monsters, following a branching path
that better resembles a ‘choose your own adventure’ book than an open-world
RPG. I’m not the kind of GM that can or
will ignore role play, but this campaign will likely have a greater focus on slaying
foes than political intrigues.
The crux of the campaign is a holy war between worshipers of
the Everlight Goddess versus the followers of an Unknown Dark God. Players will
be restricted to choosing a class that is divine based. For ease of reference,
that means Clerics, Druids, Paladins, Rangers, Inquisitors, Oracles, Hunters,
Shamans, and Warpriests are the only available classes. Everything else is off
the table. Alignment will be used more as a tool and guideline than law set in
stone, but evil alignments are strictly barred.
Players will start at level three and will be using medium
progression. No starting gold will be given, but players are free to choose
whatever standard armor and weapons they would like (That means no masterwork
or higher).
Players new to Pathfinder or RPGs in general are welcome. We
all have to begin somewhere. However, any new players must understand that the
learning curve in a game that starts at level three is going to be steeper than
level one and such players should prepare to take in a lot of new information
and skills quickly. I will also mention to any old hands that may apply, that I
do require patients from skilled players if a new player is in the party.
Politeness and courtesy are of great importance in any campaign.

to any posts as quickly as possible.
