Monster Manual not in my marketplace list, no response from help center team

Hey all, this might not be the right place for this, but I'm not really sure what my next step can be otherwise. I purchased the player bundle and monster manual last Monday (the 15th). There was a quick error when I bought the Monster Manual, I did not catch it. Now I have the Player Bundle but not the Monster Manual in my list of items. I have been charged for both on my credit card though. I submitted a help request last Monday, and followed up with another on the 18th with a screenshot of the charges listed on my credit card. I have received the generic automated message and nothing else since. I am supposed to run a game for my kid and his friends on Saturday, and I was hoping to get this resolved before then. Obviously, I'm not making any more purchases until it is. It's been a week, I'd appreciate a human response saying you're looking at it, or anything really.

Hi Bill, Please check your email's spam folder to make sure it is not in there. What is the ticket number? perhaps I can direct some attention to it. 
This is resolved now thanks! I should have mentioned but I had checked the spam folder but there was nothing there.
