Can't assign character sheets to some players

I started a new campaign and have had several players accept invitations via the LFG forum. I then created character sheets within the campaign and assigned to them for control / editing as well as place it in their journals. However, two of the players don't show up as choices in those fields, but they've accepted the invites and I can see them listed in the campaign home page.

They need to actually enter the campaign before assets can be assigned to them.

They have to enter your game board itself (where the map and chat is at) for the board to register them. You need to drop them a pm or contact them some way to let them know. Gauss ninja'd my response. :D
