my token's aren't automatically assigning their attributes

in my current game, if i add a new monster from my compendium, the token comes out completely blank. i made a new game and began setting up, at first the tokens would have their stats, then i just tested after about 2 hours setting up, and it happened again. it work. it worked with all my normal settings (APIs game settings, etc.) then it just stopped after the 2 hours. i've tried troubleshooting everything i could think of, i don't want to have to imput the HP and AC of each creature i import (thats what i pay for books for)

Hi Knightly Games! I ran into this incredibly annoying bug yesterday when moving my game to Jumpgate. Not only were tokens dragged from the compendium not populating, they were all coming in at 70px. It appears to be an issue that is highly game-specific. None of the other test copies I made exhibited this behavior, just that one game. From reports I've seen however, it doesn't seem to be an issue isolated to Jumpgate. I'd suggest making a fresh copy and see if you still get that behavior. I'll try moving my game again in a week or so, but I'm rather discouraged from this development. Completely copying a game and all of its scripts is not a quick and simple task.

Hi Knightly Games,  To add to what Keith wrote, is this a D&D 5e (2014) game?  Are you on Legacy or Jumpgate?

D&D 5e by Roll20 (2014) character sheet. This is a very annoying bug that I believe has been back-burnered because of the effort to get Jumpgate and the new D&D 2024 character sheet  debugged and launched. This along with a night vision color bug that is still unresolved. I just spent 3 hours  copying my game to a Jumpgate version, intending to try it out on my players this weekend: copied the game, loaded (and in some cases configured) all the MODs that I use, spend another hour setting up and verifying that my druid player's Wildshape MOD works under Jumpgate (it looks like it does), testing all the macros I use for lighting and vision (they all work, but not always) then going map-by-map verifying that all the dynamic lighting still works (it did on most , but not all of them). keithcurtis said: Hi Knightly Games! Yup it takes forever. This bug needs to be fixed. You should have to spend hours recreating a game, only to have to rinse and repeat due to an unpredictable bug that has been around for months.
im not running the jumpgate beta, its a game that i've had for almost 6 months (if not longer) keithcurtis said: Hi Knightly Games! I should have been more clear, sorry. The issue exists on both Legacy and Jumpgate. I was asking for clarity. Gauss and I are passing reports on.
