Hi sandman! Your best bet is to immediately file a  Help Center Request . They should be able to either figure out what's going on, or help you with a rollback of your game.
Everything has been solved. The Roll20 team has rolled back to the 26/09/2024 version.  It is a fix, but it reveals a clear VERY SEVERE problem with roll20. There is no way to make a backup file to protect your games in case of failure in the roll20 servers. Even if it were codified and dependent of the roll20 page, not having a "physical" way to backup your games is... too much. Also, the rollback version is only available for Plus members. So as a Pro member, you need to contact support team to get this done (which is fast and they do it in case of problem, don't take me wrong), but it has a 7 day rollback limit...... This might be it for me. Now I'll search for a way to backup as much as I can in my pc, but this has been a scare i'm not gonna forget.
I always create a copy of my game after every game session, and do the same for my library game whenever I make any additions or changes. It's not as good as an off-site backup, but better than relying on the Rollback function. sandman said: Also, the rollback version is only available for Plus members. I think you reversed Pro and Plus in the above statement?

I also make occasional backups of my current game, plus keep a library copy. Even a free user can make backup copies. And the 7 day limit is why I urged "immediately" in my response. I'm glad you've got all your stuff back!
