Allow Players to Flip/Mirror Their Tokens

Currently a player can only rotate their tokens, but fighting with our backs to the enemies is weird looking. Now, only the GM has the ability to flip a token horizontally. Adding the option or hotkey to players to allow them to freely flip/mirror their tokens so they are facing the other tokens they are interacting with would be visually much more pleasing.
