Editor Only section in Characters

When creating a character in the journal, I think it would be for the best to have one more level of hiding information. Right now you have Bio & Info (everyone who can read can see) and GM Notes (only the GM can see). I would like a Player Section or Editor Section which would be "Those who have a player view section can see" or "those who have edit permission can see" This way I can have a public information that everyone can see, and stuff like character sheet stuff, personal notes, or whatever the players want to be put there be readable only by one playing the character.  If you are wondering "Whats the point of hiding character sheet information?" I just like to keep things private and not everything is known by everyone. Right now if I want to do this, I effectively have to make 2 characters for everyone: public and private. This would help quite a bit for that.
Which character sheet for what game system? D&D alone has several different ones, at least one of which probably already has a place where you can do this.
I believe this idea is for it to be on the Bio & Info tab, where GM notes reside - and this tab is for all (non-beacon) sheets. I do like this idea - some sheets have notes sections in them for private notes, only accessible if you can edit the sheet, but having this as an universal feature would be neat. Not counting the terrible beacon sheets that reject all semblance of universal features.

I do not use the special character sheets. I find the ones that are for a game I play to be inadequate. But even if I was, I would still want some editor-only section to use. (and no, its not D&D)

I voted for your suggestion but, couldn't you use a Handout for this? Set the Handout permissions for whoever you want to View and Edit it. Put the Player-Editor's Handouts in a folder with their character sheets under Journals if that helps make it accessible side-by-side for them.
After reading Tuo's comment and J.A.'s clarification, I upvoted this. I'd actually like  both character sheets and handouts to have Public ,  GM Only , and Player Only sections, with the Player Only only section visible only to people with the "Edited By" permission enabled.
