Text Chat Error

When typing anything into chat, it gives the following message: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'advanced') This is with the Marvel character sheet in game, doesn't appear to happen with anything else. Multiple players and browsers have experienced. I have already cleared the chat archive. There are no API's active.  Doesn't matter if there is a character chosen as the 'Speaking As' or not. Thank you in advance for troubleshooting and correcting.

Hi IMMERSION! Just double checking that you indeed  cleared the Chat Archive  and not just  cleared the current Chat Log ? And that message is appearing in chat, not the console log or the sandbox? and even just typing a simple text phrase (no commands, lookups, or macros) generates the error message If this is so, I have no idea, given these details what could generate that message. I would suggest when this happens gather a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and file a  Help Center Request

Yes, did clear chat archive, not just history. Message is in chat, whether trying regular words or numbers or trying to do things like roll or whisper.

Then this sounds like a very unusual bug that would best be addressed by the team. I'd suggest following the links above. I hope it's nothing serious.

Same here. It's affecting macros as well, including macros & rollable tables that are part of a purchased module (Cataclysm of Kang). About to submit a ticket.

I have made a report, but the more reports they get, the more data points there are to investigate with. I urge the steps I outlined above.
