Hi Jason G., Please describe the feature without using another company's product as the example. Ie: how do you envision this in Roll20? What would it do in Roll20? Etc.
Seeing videos of other gameplay, it allows the players (not the DM) to hit a "End Turn" button which will end their turn, advance the turn order tracker to the next in line, so the DM doesn't have to always ask anything else, or manually do it themselves. I +1 this, I have asked my players to let me know when they are done, and they still forget.  This way they have a button they can click to end their turn without having to say anything.  Once they hit end turn, I will notice the turn tracker advance and can continue with next in line.

The CombatMaster MOD does exactly that.
So does Turnmarker1, but the OP is asking for something that doesn't require a MOD. Ralph said: The CombatMaster MOD does exactly that.
I use Turn Marker 1 to do that.

It is okay for additional people to add their comments as long as it does not violate the forum rules.
I agree that this would be useful,  if for nothing else than to help players at least try to be a tad more concise. I find it a lot more useful than the raisehand feature which I personally don't see the point in. Everyone's in voice, if they need attention they can just speak up. Likewise, referring players to mods and thus requiring a pro account is not a viable counterpoint, because mods can also kill your game potentially. I primarily went with pro for the added space and the ability to transmogrify maps and such from one game to another. Mods are a mixed setup because you generally have to keep up with them, worry about compatibility and make backups periodically because it's possible to lose your game as a result. Having something hardcoded seems safer by comparison.
