Roll20 app does not let my players see their sheets.

I have a game in 2014 and in 2024 and both the players can't see their sheets. WTF? Please fix.

It’s mostly community help here. You should use the Help Center and Send a request to get Roll20 staff attention and a ticket to track your issue.  Personally I’ve never found the Roll20 app useful, because I never had a use case for it.

The Roll20 mobile app hasn't been updated since about 2022. Roll20, and AFAIK most other VTTs are designed for use on desktops and to some extent on tablets.
